Return & Refund Policy

I want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.

I offer a 30-day return policy. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and protective materials. Proof of purchase is required.

The return window begins once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Cancellations & Relationship to Returns

Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment. If you need to cancel an order, please contact me prior to shipment.

Once an order has been fulfilled, packed, or tracking information has been added, a 20% restocking fee will apply to any approved cancellation to cover processing, packaging, and payment fees already incurred. This fee will be deducted from the refund.

Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for cancellation and must instead follow the return process outlined in this policy, if eligible.

Final Sale Items

Curated gift boxes, custom orders, and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery at Support@rochambeauhome.com with your order number and photos of the issue so I can resolve it quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Wax Seal Stickers (including personalized or custom wax seals)
Custom or Personalized Products (including journals, cups, and mugs)
Curated Gift Boxes (once customized or assembled)
Vinyl and Paper Stickers
Perishable Goods (including food, flowers, or plants)
Personal Care Items
Hazardous Materials
Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

I do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible item needs to be replaced, please return it following the return process and place a new order. Curated gift boxes cannot be exchanged. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded based on the nature of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments or your original checkout provider within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on my part.

For curated gift boxes, refunds are issued only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring returned items arrive safely. I am not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

All refunds and disputes are processed through Shopify Payments or your original payment provider in accordance with their policies.
