Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At this time, Rochambeau Home does not offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. All items are available for immediate purchase only, and payment is collected in full at checkout through Shopify Payments or your selected payment provider.

This includes all products, whether standard items or Build Your Own Wax Seal orders. Custom wax seal orders are processed and fulfilled as purchased.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.50 for orders under $50, with free shipping automatically applied to orders of $50 or more.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard USPS Ground Advantage delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, you must contact me before the order has been fulfilled. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to fulfillment.

Once an order has been fulfilled, packed, or tracking information has been added, a 20% restocking fee will apply to any approved cancellation to cover processing, packaging, and payment fees already incurred. This fee will be deducted from the refund.

Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for cancellation and must follow the return process outlined in my Return Policy, if eligible.

Payment & Refund Notes

All payments are processed through Shopify Payments or the checkout provider used at purchase.

Refunds for canceled orders (if eligible) will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with Shopify Payments or the applicable payment provider’s processing times.

You acknowledge that Shopify Payments or the payment provider may temporarily withhold funds for processing fees, disputes, risk review, or chargebacks in accordance with their policies.

Clarifications

Subscriptions: I do not offer recurring deliveries or auto-renewing subscriptions.

Pre-orders: I do not accept orders for out-of-stock or upcoming items. All products listed are in stock and ready to ship.

Try Before You Buy: I do not offer trial periods or delayed payment options. All purchases are final at checkout.
