📦 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
If there is a significant delay beyond the standard processing window, I will contact you directly with an update.
🚚 Shipping Rates
I offer flat-rate standard shipping for $6.50 on orders shipping within the continental United States.
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders of $50 or more.
Free shipping does not apply to certain clearance items, Mix & Match Wax Seal Stickers, or Mix & Match Magnets. Free shipping cannot be combined with promotional codes unless explicitly stated.
Orders containing items fulfilled by third-party partners (such as Printify) may incur separate shipping charges, which are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
✈️ Shipping Methods
Available shipping options, including standard and expedited services, are shown at checkout.
Orders that qualify for free standard shipping ship via USPS Ground Advantage and are not eligible for Priority Mail or expedited upgrades.
📅 Delivery Time
After processing, USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 5–8 business days.
Expedited shipping options may arrive sooner, depending on the service selected at checkout. During peak seasons, carrier delays, or for customized items, delivery times may extend up to 30 days.
Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

At this time, Rochambeau Home ships only within the continental United States.
🔍 Order Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Orders weighing under 1 ounce may be mailed using standard USPS Forever postage and will not include tracking. When this applies, I will notify you by email. This most often occurs during promotional periods but may happen at other times.
📬 Order Status
You may check your order status by logging into your account or by contacting me directly.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
Certain products or destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions, which could result in delays or order cancellation.
📦 Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Rochambeau Home is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for packages refused upon delivery. Refunds are not offered in these cases. Store credit may be issued at my discretion, minus original shipping costs.
💳 Payment & Refund Considerations
All payments for orders are processed through Shopify Payments or the checkout provider used at purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on my part.
In the event of returned packages or undeliverable orders, any refund or store credit is processed in accordance with Shopify Payments or the applicable payment provider’s policies.
You acknowledge that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
