This website is operated by Rochambeau Home Gifts, also known as Rochambeau Home, LLC (“Rochambeau Home,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). By accessing or using this website, including purchasing products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as all policies referenced herein, including my Return Policy and Purchase & Cancellation Policy.

My store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products to you. Payments through this website are processed via Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers at checkout.

Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use my products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Transmission of harmful code (including viruses or worms) is prohibited. Any violation may result in termination of services.

1A. Use Restrictions – Wax Seal Stickers

All wax seal stickers sold by Rochambeau Home Gifts are intended for personal use or as part of your own product packaging.

You may not:

Resell wax seal stickers as standalone products
Repackage or distribute stickers for resale
Incorporate stickers into products or promotions for resale without prior written consent

By purchasing, you agree to comply with these restrictions. Unauthorized resale or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

General Conditions

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card and payment information is always encrypted and securely processed via Shopify Payments or your selected checkout provider.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or website without express written permission.

Accuracy of Information

I make every effort to provide accurate and current information but am not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated content. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

Modifications to Products or Services

I may modify, update, or discontinue products, content, or services at any time without prior notice. Prices and availability are subject to change. I am not liable for any consequences resulting from such changes.

Products

Some products are available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Product images and colors may vary depending on your monitor or device settings.

I reserve the right to limit or cancel sales to any person, household, or order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or duplicate accounts, where permitted by law.

Orders, Billing & Cancellations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and payment information for all purchases.

Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled, packed, or tracking information has been added, a 20% restocking fee will apply to any approved cancellation to cover processing, packaging, and payment fees already incurred. This fee will be deducted from the refund.

Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for cancellation and must instead follow the Return Policy, if eligible.

I reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at my sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or violation of these Terms.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Shopify Payments or other checkout providers. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are handled through these payment processors in accordance with their policies.

You acknowledge that I manage refunds and respond to disputes, while Shopify Payments or the applicable provider may withhold funds for processing fees, risk management, or chargebacks. You agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks and to contact me first to resolve any issue.

Third-Party Tools

I may provide access to optional third-party tools that I do not control. Use of these tools is at your own risk. I am not responsible for any issues, losses, or damages arising from your use of third-party tools.

My website may contain links to third-party websites. I do not endorse or control these sites and am not responsible for their content, products, services, or policies.

User Comments and Submissions

By submitting comments, ideas, reviews, or other materials, you grant me a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, and publish them in any medium.

Shopify Payments Termination

Your access to Shopify Payments may be paused, suspended, or terminated by Shopify for risk, fraud, or policy violations. I am not responsible for these actions, and they do not absolve you of your obligations related to payments, refunds, or disputes.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rochambeau Home Gifts and supersede all prior communications or agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Rochambeau Home Gifts operates.
